Developing and implementing a better capital programme
As a key member to the Severn Trent Water delivery process, Grontmij played a major part in the development and implementation of the systems used to monitor and report on the Severn Trent Water capital programme.
This added value to the process by achieving a much greater commitment from all stakeholders and allowed for the easy cascading of essential key programme data. An active role was also taken in project promotion at board level to further enhance and speed the promotion process.
