Developing and implementing programme management
As part of the @one Alliance, Grontmij has been involved in the development and implementation of a Microsoft Project Enterprise Programme Management system.
This system has been selected and implemented to manage the £750m capital programme mandated to the @one Alliance. The main benefit is that it is accessible and available to all alliance partners via the internet.
Manage and measure
Through this system, Grontmij and the other partners are able to manage their resources and also measure progress against key design deliverables and thus report earned value of projects.
