Managing Scottish Water’s Capital Maintenance programme
Grontmij is currently engaged on Lot 7, Programme Management Framework managing a number of projects in Scottish Water’s Capital Maintenance programme.
As part of the project management role Grontmij leads the interface with Scottish Water’s associate delivery partners.
Grontmij also undertakes the role of project manager under NEC 3 conditions of contract, administering the contract and driving early contractor involvement in the procurement process from feasibility through to final project handover.
