Supporting Scottish Water through the capital expenditure lifecycle
Grontmij is working with Scottish Water’s capital investment delivery and governance teams to provide programme governance and challenge to capital works projects.
This takes place as the projects progress through the capital expenditure lifecycle, and support to the reporting team to streamline the internal reporting process for quarterly and annual returns to Water Industry Commission Scotland. The work has included formation of business processes involving cross business discussions, challenge of existing processes, producing swim lanes and sign off from all major stakeholders.
