Best practice in sustainable design
Grontmij acted as lead consultant on the development of a design brief for this nine hectare site to produce an exemplar development incorporating best practice in sustainable development and urban design.
A catalyst for regeneration
Grontmij worked closely with stakeholders including Yorkshire Forward, Leeds City Council, local community groups and non government organisations. The delivery of the Tower Works regeneration provided a catalyst for social and economic regeneration of the immediate area.
