Roger Preston & Partners has been involved in a 21 month, 69,000m2 commercial office development within the city of London.
This comprises a 29 storey tower and a 10 storey podium building. The main objectives were to provide an environmentally conscious ‘world class‘ building with an excellent sustainability rating from the environmental assessment agency.
