Office environment 

We are committed to continually improving our working environment. Open dialogue between managers and employees is encouraged and an annual people survey provides an opportunity to raise concerns anonymously. The survey leads to an annual action plan which is then acted upon to improve the work environment.

Our Future Agents are a cross company group of younger staff who engage in a series of activities and initiatives targeted at promoting innovation and sustainability in  our ways of working.

Learning and development 

We promote an environment where learning and development of our people is actively encouraged, and being awarded the Investors in People standard is testimony to the importance we put on developing our people. We have active associations with the chartered institution of Engineers Ireland and provide help and support to al our graduate staff in the professional development.
